    EPC Contract for a 156-Megawatt Pumped Storage Power Plant in Manara, Israel

    Project Scope: Design, procurement, and construction (EPC) of a pumped storage hydroelectric power plant with a capacity of 156 megawatts.

    Key Components:

    Two upper and lower water reservoirs, each with a storage capacity of 1.2 million cubic meters.
    A comprehensive 5.5-kilometer tunnel network excavated within challenging geological conditions, including mountainous terrain and weak ground with groundwater presence.
    Construction of a cavernous powerhouse structure to house the hydroelectric turbines and electromechanical systems.
    Installation of advanced hydroelectric turbines and associated electromechanical systems to efficiently convert stored water energy into electricity and vice versa
